    • Consultation fees are non-refundable.
  2. Project-Based Services:

    • If the project has not commenced, you are eligible for a full refund.
    • If the project is in progress and less than 50% completed, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
    • If the project is more than 50% completed, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances and reasons provided.
  3. Subscription-Based Services:

    • Refunds for subscription-based services will be considered if the request is made within 14 days of the initial purchase.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
